Rushing Fertility

How do you do it? I never could figure it out. I have 100% breeding skill, but I don't see the option??

To rush fertility you also need 100% Vet skill.

If you have both,go to Breeding Skill.
It appears at the bottom.
If you use it on a rolled/roll-prepped horse,train before you rush fertility because it decreases energy and it will raise the endurance.
