Aren't bonuses supposed to be free to remove?

Aren't bonuses supposed to be free to remove?

Hello, I was woundering if the bonuses were going to be changed so you can remove them for free? Because in the last update it said that you would be able to remove them for free. Please correct me if I miss understood this.

Only the old competition bonuses and the Rolling Rodeo bonus are free to remove. All others, the fee remains :)
