i am in debt and have a negative amount of money so im doing cheap services for ppl but when they send over the contract it says "*one of the parties does not have enough money*"but i dont get why i need money in my account to accept a contract.and now i cant get money cause i can accep all my contracts comming in??what do i do?

Make sure they aren't sending contracts with a " - " in front of it. If they are not, you should send a ticket into OrbisWorlds to report a bug.

I think that I read somewhere that you can't receive contracts if you have a negative amount of playcash. I'm not sure, though.

If you can breed, and your account isn't too far in debt, you can pull it out by breeding horses and trial eventing the foals.
