Here's a whole list of tutorials: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=59242&start=0

There's tutorials for pretty much everything there, if you really dig waaay down deep in the Artists Corner there are others that aren't listed there. I know Sick made an excellent tutorial (here), I believe Moosey had one too. I remember Ellary making one, but I don't know if she posted the second half of it. Burn had a very nice tutorial for manes, tails, and hair.

And also, by the sounds of your post you seem to think that you make them on DA... You don't. Its an uploading site.

No, deviantArt is a photo sharing site, not one where you make stuff. It's like Photobucket, except geared more towards creative/artsy photos and such rather than fun pictures of the pool party your best friend had last week.

To make linearts and such, you need a program like Photoshop or Open Canvas. If you're really serious about it, you could also buy a tablet.

Photobucket is an uploading site, like we said. You need a program that is actually on your computer to make them.

I believe there is an image editor on Photobucket, but it is very basic. You won't be able to draw or colour anything on there. And like Kwiedman said, you do need a program on your computer to make them, such as Photoshop.
