My Upgrade Won't Upgrade

I know it says 1-24 hours but it's been 22 hours already and I'm going nuts. I put the money through yesterday just past 10 am and now its the next day at 8 30 am so yeah they have 1 hr and a half left and I have a biiig feeling they aren't going to upgrade it by then.
Help.
What do I do.
When do you think it will be done.

Most of the time, it can take Nef 1 day to do an upgrade. Some times, when she is very busy, it can take 2-3 days. Be patient and put a message into Orbis Worlds.
