Gypsy Vanner Birth Strength?

What would be considered a decent or good birth strength for a vanner? I have been trying to search around and haven't really found any clues as of yet. My belgian mare just popped out two gypsy twins and I was wondering if they were worth keeping.

I think Pheno is the highest it can get naturally.
