Rolling very difficult with the wholesome warmblood bonus!!!

I am having a very difficult time trying to roll my warmbloods now. The're stats are turning out as good as they should be because i'm having to struggle raising and lowering stats that keep randomly going up! Can someone please help me with this? Can i disable this bonus for rolling or something lol?

Many people have taken to rolling horses on novice accounts ;)

Thats the best advice I can offer :)
