Stat Question, Message on the Morning Report

Message on Morning Report
This horse has reached a statistic cap, meaning its natural stats are slowly beggining to evolve (in a positive manner). If you keep training up the horse, it will continue to gain. Since the horse has reached a cap of sorts, its actual stats start to decay or remain balanced.

I received this when I took a a turn. I have a few questions about what this message means. So here goes:
1. What is going to evolve, the actual stat, the percentage, or the caption name (Good, Very Good, etc.)?
2. Regarding the last sentence of the message, which will decay? (the actual stat, the percentage, or the caption name)
3. Will I be able to train her up to 200 actual stat?

The horse in question is UF Willful Sounds, and her link is below. I am currently training her in intelligence, according to the Moonlight Stable VHR training guide.

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. I do not want to take a turn and possibly make a mistake.

That just means your horse has begun to roll. It has reached 450+ total in actual stats combined.

1. %'s will decrease, and caption may change to a higher stat title ( Good-->Very Good etc)Read up on rolling for more info about this. It's a good thing
2. Nothing will decay, ignore that.
3. You can continue to train as normal, everything can get to 200, unless you are a novice and then you will have difficulties

Well, I am glad that I upgraded when I did! Thank you Swar! Your response has made me feel much better about the whole thing.
Now to go back to Mythara's site and make sure that I understand rolling correctly.
