Confusion over a bonus phrase

So I was reading over the bonuses and found this:

Teh Smarts: When training, strength int is .25% higher

..........is it just me or is that oddly worded? I'm not sure what it means. O.O

I think it means strength caps 25% higher than it would otherwise.

For Teh Smarts intel caps .25% higher than usual. So if it would normally cap at 209, it would cap at 209.25. At least, that's how I understand it.

I think the strength part is a typo leftover from the description of Magically Mighty, which is the bonus that affects strength.

Ahh, okies, thanks. I was kinda wondering...the way it is worded I was worried it would raise Str instead of Int. Which, yanno, would not be all that smartifying.
