I sent in a ticket on Orbis Worlds 23 days ago (not I'm not counting, the ticket has a set counter). And it was meant for Nef and it has been esclated (by an Op) a while back. Should I write something else in it so Nef will look at it? It's been a while and just not sure when Nef will check it out.

I can beat all records on support tickets! I have one that was escalated 219 days ago and hasn't been dealt with yet! I admit it isn't a particually important one that is why I'm not that bothered.
