1.Can novices break bc?
2.How can you tell if you broke a breed's bc?

Sure novices can break BC but that horse there, is BC not above

*Edited* To tell if you've broken BC you need to check the current BC. Then you must use a ranch without fantastic foals, or any other bonus that may ignore birth cap or increase stats. Then if your horse has a higher BC than what's recorded, you may have broken the BC. It must be consistent and repeatable however, and not just a one time oddity.
