Jousting Help

Postby Laurel123 » Mon Dec 15, 2008 10:23 pm

Alright. I am trying my hand at Jousting and I have an account full of Draftishs waiting for me to train and event them. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get Strength high enough by age 7. I know it's supposed to be about 208 to 210 by then without shoes, right?

Well that's my latest example. I have tried many different ways of training. He is my 5th or 6th attempt at jousting and it never seems to get right. Does any one have any suggestion(s) about how to get the strength higher?

Thanks!!

Ouch. I personally dont touch speed once it hits 200. I just train driving driving driving until it wont go up anymore. How are you training? Maybe theres something up with your method that keeps messing it up a bit.

Thank you Drag and thank you Twit..

I'm breaking into Halter via horse's page. And, depending on the Endurance, I add traction or padded shoes. I train in Speed laps until 2.5, then gaited until SF is about 220. I finish it with Polo until speed is 201. After I train in Driving until 7...

I don't think that's right though =\

Any help? lol

I'm going to see if I can dig out a guide I wrote for a train-off and PM it to you. =)
