This isn't an angry or sarcastic question, but how long does it take Nef to respond to a personal issue?
I went from 28 to 7 experience levels, so I sent the ticket in, appearantly the glitch got fixed, and I was told Nef would fix it.
Well, it's been almost 2 weeks, and I was wondering, how long does it take Nef to fix things on personal accounts?
I really want to train again, and I don't want to get all the extra points back for nothing~
