Standardbred Surefoot

Is it just me, or are standarbreds born with very low surefoot, even from 225 maxed parents.

My foals are usually around 138 - 142... I though most other breeds were born around 152.

Wow...

I've heard that some breeds are different, but I've never seen (or heard) an example..

hehe, yeah! Here's a low statted one.

Might it be caused by the shoes? If I used the shoes that give a 20 point SF bonus?

Oh no! Don't use the shoes, it will just get worse, as soon as ya turn a horse with those shoes on it drops them the 20 points so they are only breeding with 205 sf. *mutters* I hate those shoes.

But yeah if I recall, the few Standardbred's I've bred have had somewhat low sf in comparison to others, around 148 I think.
