Right now I'm pretty far in the hole as far as money goes, because of this unfortunate incident

I put in a support ticket a while ago, but nothing has happened with that, so I'm thinking it probably never will.
Instead of sitting around feeling sorry for myself, I sought out to make the money back through offering my training services.

I went to go accept my first customer's contract and it won't allow me to, because "one of the parties does not have enough cash"
The customer has enough cash, so it must be referring to me... But I'm the one being paid, so that doesn't make sense. Do both parties have to have positive funds for a contract to go through?
Ahhh, how will I ever make the money back if I can't accept contracts for training??? :(

Both parties have to be in the positive cash values. How long has it been since you sent the ticket? Make sure you bump it up occasionally because they do sometimes tend to get shifted down. If you do that a few times and still haven't gotten a reply, then maybe try nef directly? That happened to me once with something sort of like that, and I waited for a reply, and made sure to wait, check the ticket and all that, but once 2 weeks went by I gave up and e-mailed her. Sometimes it just takes the Ops awhile to get to the tickets, so try bumping it up, like I said.

That stinks about the contracts though :(

It's been 5 or 6 days since my ticket was escalated so Nef could take a look at it, and there has been no action on it since.

I just went and bumped in per your recommendation. I'll wait a while longer before contacting Nef directly... should I need to though, how would I go about contacting her?

Yeah, I'd give it another couple days. She should have her e-mail on the Orbis worlds site, or the main Orbis website. http://www.orbisgames.com

And since it was escalated, then someone did see it and sent it to Nef. Good luck :D

Nef can take some time in replying to issues/emails so it does take some patience. I'm sure it will be taken care of though. These mistakes do happen.
