It's the highest stats a horse of a particular breed can be born with. Every breed has a different birth cap. For example TB's are Fantastic/Very Good/Inconceivable/Extraordinary. German Warmbloods are Amazing/Phenomenal/Extraordinary/Extraordinary. There's a list of all the birth caps here: http://ebilmoose.com/vhr/wiki/pmwiki.ph ... rthCapList
