Everytime I try to get on chat, it says a bunch of stufffs about proxy something and says something about my firewall and how its not harmfull to my computer, BUT even when I turn firewall off, it still says the same thing! How can I get on chat?

Are you using mIRC? Or a program similar to that?
For mIRC at least, when you start it up, it has a bunch of messages at the start, including a warning this:
[11:06] -ProxyServ- [Attention] We are scanning you for open proxies. If you see any firewall probes, this is NOT harmful and is only used to block unwanted abusive proxy relays. For more information, visit: http://wikkedwire.com/proxy.html
Its just a warning that they are scanning. It doesn't affect if you can get into the chat room or not. So I reckon there's something else the problem

Can you take a screen shot of that? And are you able to get into any chat room at all?
