Help me please

ok, i started working on my skills , and i was using my offline points like people have told me. but now i can't make the skills get bigger because of my skill bar is at 500. so is their someway i can reset the skill bar, or do i have to wait until i get enough offline points? please help.... thanks

Once you have your 500/500 you can't get anymore skills.

If you want a different skill you have to drop one to pick up the skill you want.
