Logging into Orbis Worlds.

I can't login to Orbis Worlds to send a support ticket in.

I tried my username and password; it didn't work.

I tried to retrieve my password for Orbis Worlds, thinking I had the wrong one, and it says "User: not found in ." which I assume to mean it doesn't recognize the username.

I know this is the correct username because my VHR account is already linked to it.

Frankly, it's been a little irritating because I can't send in support tickets when I need to.
