I actually have everything set up to the upgrading the account point (an op got the initial contract from the person in question, is holding the money etc.), but I can't figure out how to upgrade someone else's account. I am just unclear if I can do it directly, or if it has to go through someone else or something, but I can't find the option on the upgrade page or anything. Thanks for the link to the other thread though, helpful as always
