Am I upgraded?

Ok, this sounds stupid...I think someone upgraded my account, but I am not sure. I get this msg http://i27.tinypic.com/308jww3.jpg , I don't know if that means I have to send something in to them, or what. I never got that message before, and I just started the game on the 31st of May. If anyone knows, please let me know because I was going to upgrade my account when I got that msg.

That's just the message that comes up on the upgrades page here: http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/upgrade.php It's just to tell you how you upgrade. You either do it by paypal, or you send in a cheque.

Really? this is the first time I got it. And I've been to that page like millions of times because I was wondering how much it cost, pro's and con's, ect. Ok, thanks.
