Welcome to the second annual Block Party! What is a Block Party you ask? Well if you've never been to a neighborhood block party, I think it's time that you move to a better neighborhood. Here in the Cyber world of VHR, we do things a little differently. For one week I will be hosting a number of fun filled events which everyone can contribute to. If you have any questions, please post them here and I will do my best to answer them. As I do, they will be posted in the FAQ below.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still buy tickets after the event started?
Yes, I will offer tickets sales all the way up to the time I do the first raffle. After that all tickets purchased will go into the next days raffle.

How many tickets can I buy?
As many as you want.

How can I donate?
There are many ways you can donate, you can contribute event ideas, VHR goods, or even offer to moderate an event for the Block Party (this is only offered for a few players where were part of last years Block Party).

The Block Party is going to be the first week of August (1-7). It starts on a Saturday and will end on the following Friday. Times are still to be determined, and I'm going to try and do something every few hours so everyone around the globe can get to it.

Sounds good :)I think a few different train-offs would be a good idea-the same thing doesn't always appeal to everyone. I'd be happy to help with this, or anything else if you need me XD

I've updated the first post, and have posted a really neat game of Bingo, inspired by player named Intervention.

Just got off the phoen with nef, and wanted to update this before my comptuer crashes. Nef will be donating the same thing as last year, 7 sponsers, 14 colors, and 3 public breeds.

Will it be the all part of one raffle or will there be a seperate raffle for those things, as you mentioned may be the case?
Also, should we pm about donating something other than money?

One other thing, I love the Bingo idea! I'm addicted to playing bingo online  usually though with BINGO, numbers 1-19 are on Bs, 20-39 only Is, 40-59 only Ns... and so on. They way you have it now will take WAY longer for someone to get bingo because it makes the probabilities of your number being called that much more slim. Unless that was the goal... Or you could have multiple rounds, whomever wins the most rounds wins the grand prize... each round you could pick a different pattern for the players to accomplish [like X or Square or blackout, etc]. I can help with the planning of this, but I don't want to call numbers because I really wanna play :D

Thats a really good idea! I'll do that when I get home. And I think I will be making a seperate drawing for the breeds. I think i'm going to do 3 packs of 1 breed + 1 color for a seperate raffle. Might not have the colros. Because the breeds were somethings that people wanted, more then the others, and this way only those who put their numbers in for this raffle have a chance of winning them. I'll work out more details tonight..got to skip off to class
