PB BC List in Statistics

I really want to add a PB bc list. I know there is already the Personal Breed list with descriptions and whatnot, but that can be a pain to go through, not to mention if the owner doesn't add it, no one is going to.

Whereas with just a bc list, anyone can add the breed. I think it'd be very helpful >.>;

PB BC's are listed in the two BC threads we already. Though it is up to the owners of the PB to add them and update, and up to them if they even want them on a list.

Ah! I thought that they were Public Breed only lists XD
