Events & competitions:
So your ready to enter your horse in an event! Click the Events Link which will bring you to the list of scheduled events. If there is no event suitable, You can create your own event, which will be executed at 12:00am of the morning you schedule the event. At no time do you need to be present online during event execution.

Help files: Events:Entering an Event

Entering an event
Entering an event is quite simple, visit the list of events in the event list page, to zoom in on the event, click the link on it's name. Below the list of entries already entered in the event will be a drop down box of horses you have eligable for that particular event. Select the horse you wish to enter, and click enter. No further work needs to be done. You do not need to be present at the time of the event. Results are recorded and your trainers will handel all the small details. Everything is automated, including the judging so competition is not biased.
Horses will simply be deleted from the event that no longer qualify with in range:
For example, if a horse has reached national level of training and entered an event that is for green horses earlier... by the time the event is held, that horse will most likely be disqualified. A number or two above the entrance specifications may not omit disqualification. The best way to deal with this is to just enter your horses in the events for that night before you log.

Tip: Remember your horse should be ready at the time of the event, so if you are playing during the scheduled event, try not to have that horses energy and condition down when the event is executed. When you log off or leave the game, it is just a good idea to leave the horses ready to go energy wise incase you scheduled it for an event.

Help files: Events:Gambling

Betting/Gambling:
Another fun and profitable aspect of this game is that you can bet on any three horses in an event. Odds are calculated by how much people have bet on that particular horse, odds determine how much cash you will win if the horse wins. For example, a horse with 2/1 odds will double the cash you bet on that horse, and a horse with 3/1 odds will triple it. You do not need the cash available that you bet, you can go in to deep gamblers debt this way so careful! (loan sharks yet to be implemented ;] )

Tip: If you bet on a horse and it has placed in the top 3, you need to revisit that event's result page after it has taken place to collect your winnings. There will be a button from there if you did win anything, and it is pretty straight forward.

Help files: Events:Creating an Event

Creating an Event:
Any player can create an event by clicking the Create Event Link in the events section. Here you can specify which ever event you wish to hold. By selecting 'private' it means your horses will be entered only and results will not be public. Private events are not fully implemented, as of now it is the same as a public event so beware! Handicaps are also not implemented.
The cash you put up for for the prize is immediatly taken out of your wallet. When horses enter an event, it is added to your wallet for the amount of the entry fee you set.
Upon discretion Events that players created once may be rerun daily, weekly or randomly- players who created this event do not have to put up any more stakes than the orriginal event. Yet they do recieve the cash from entry fees if the event is choson for opening again.
Your job as event host is to simply fill out the create event form... Events are judged and held at midnight of the date you posted, your presence is not needed online. Events that do not have enough horses may be filled with NPC horses who can be quite competitive.

Tip: Posting an event in a week in advance with specific qualifications such as age or level may disqualify a lot of horses that have been played alot by the time of the event.
